Business Development Manager
Establish a robust sales pipeline to drive long-term growth across our Adelaide properties. This key role involves cultivating client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and pursuing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate the unique aspects of our products and services.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain client relationships through proactive and personalized interactions.
* Implement sales strategies to secure nominated market share and drive revenue growth.
* Pursue and win new business opportunities, identifying and reviewing potential clients and partnerships.
* Maintain accurate client information in relevant internal databases.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client sales enquiries and conduct site inspections as required.
* Collaborate closely with the Area Director of Sales and Sales team to achieve preset KPIs and objectives.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to create and maintain outstanding rapport with prospective and existing clients.
About You
We seek a motivated and passionate individual who embodies the following qualities:
* Proven sales experience, meeting and exceeding targets.
* Previous experience as a sales coordinator or executive.
* Success with driving the sales process from commencement to close.
* Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
* Proven ability to position products against competitors.
* Delphi & Opera knowledge (desirable).
* Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
