They’re looking for a skilled UI/ UX Designer to help shape their medical imaging software, turning complex clinical workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences that enhance efficiency and engagement for healthcare professionals. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for complex imaging workflows Translate technical and clinical requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards Advocate for usability, accessibility and design best practices Key Outcomes & Measures: Clean, intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows Reduced user friction and improved task efficiency Consistent and scalable design system across the product Positive user feedback from clinical and technical users About You: You’re a collaborative and inquisitive UI/UX designer who can work independently while fitting seamlessly into the team. You bring your expertise to translate complex features into user-friendly interfaces and ask the right questions to ensure designs are intuitive and usable. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 5 years experience in UI/ UX design for software products Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and interaction design Proficiency in Figma and other design tools Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture and usability principles Experience working closely with developers in agile environments Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear interfaces Bonus Points For: Experience in healthtech, medical imaging or 3D visualization tools Familiarity with DICOM viewers or radiology workflows Experience designing for desktop applications or high-performance software Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Why Join?
