About the role
We're looking for a full-time Videographer & Editor to own our video content end-to-end.
This role is for someone who:
* Loves filming
and
editing
* Understands short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Can also handle long-form video (YouTube, podcasts, educational content)
* Enjoys working closely with a founder/personal brand
You'll be responsible for taking ideas and turning them into high-quality, scroll-stopping video content — from filming through to final edits.
What you'll be doing
* Filming on-site content (reels, talking-heads, long-form)
* Editing short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, and captions
* Editing long-form videos and repurposing them into multiple shorts
* Managing lighting, audio, and basic setup
* Helping shape content angles and ideas (not just "cutting footage")
This role is for you if:
* You shoot and edit your own content
* You understand what performs on Instagram/TikTok/YouTube
* You're organised, fast, and take ownership
* You want a full-time role working on one brand, not juggling 10 clients

* You only want to edit
* You don't enjoy being on set or filming people
* You prefer heavily scripted corporate content
* You're looking for occasional freelance work
What we're looking for
* Proven experience filming and editing video content
* Strong portfolio (reels + long-form)
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
* Comfortable with both camera and iPhone setups
* Ability to work independently and hit content deadlines
