Position Overview :
As the Senior Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will lead the front desk team, manage guest relations, and ensure that all departments work together effectively. Key Responsibilities :
Operational Oversight :
Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Supervise front desk activities and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Guest Relations :
Engage with guests to address concerns, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Foster a welcoming environment and exceed guest expectations.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service. Promote a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Crisis Management :
Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring guest and staff safety. Implement solutions quickly and efficiently.
Reporting and Administration :
Prepare and review reports related to hotel operations, occupancy rates, and guest feedback. Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications :
* Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RMS).
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
