About the Role
As a member of the College Leadership Team, the successful applicant will be responsible for advancing the Vision, Values and School Improvement priorities of the College. The role is to oversee teachers in Mathematics, Science and Technology areas, providing support and direction. With time release and coordinator salary loading, the STEM Coordinator will also teach a number of STEM-related classes providing challenging, stimulating and well-organised lessons.
Key Responsibilities
* Advance the College's Vision, Values and School Improvement priorities, especially relating to STEM.

Requirements
1. Ideally qualified to teach Science or Mathematics.
2. Capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
3. Demonstrate excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
4. Demonstrate excellence in leading with strategy, collaboration and positive relationships.
5. Effective planning for, collection and analysis of educational data, devising strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes.
