Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate home sales by managing potential leads and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Maintain a well-presented display home to showcase our homes in their best light.
3. Develop new sales networks to increase opportunities and accurately record lead details.
4. Support strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months experience in property sales or commercial leasing, strong sales experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Requirements
1. Proven sales experience in new home sales or similar roles.
2. Able to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse customer groups.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HubSpot is highly desirable.
