About the Role
Veneta Blinds is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Advisor (based in Melbourne) to drive our company's growth and meet the increasing demand from our valued customers.
You'll work remotely from home and be based in Melbourne, building strong customer connections across phone, email, in-person and via online platforms matching clients with the right solutions at the right time.
This role is perfect for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys developing relationships, and can manage the entire sales cycle from first enquiry to delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and lead conversion.
Manage the full sales cycle from client consultations and quoting to order processing and delivery coordination.
Build strong client relationships via phone, email, in-person and video conferencing.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through expert product knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions in our CRM.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer experience, and conversion rates.
Stay up to date with product ranges, promotions, and industry trends.
About You – Skills and Qualifications
3 years' experience in sales with a proven track record in high-conversion roles.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve high-conversion performance metrics.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload independently.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and sales tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willing to work autonomously as a remote worker based in Melbourne.
Willing to travel to attend in-person team events and/or training sessions in Brisbane office once per month.
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
