Leadership and mentorship are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion and positive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in person-centred disability support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to mentor and model best practice principles
* Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent qualification)
* Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid and Driver's Licence
Familiarity with the relevant legislative requirements is desirable but not essential.
