Fire Alarm Technical Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Technical Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers and supporting the growth of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
* Technical Field Support / Phone Support for Fire Alarms, EWIS, VESDA.
* In-house programming for Fire Alarms.
* Data entry for Fire Alarms.
* Design and support of Fire Alarm Graphics Systems.
* Assist in preparing technical sales solutions.
* Supporting customers with project needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Sound knowledge of Electrical industry or similar.
* Fire Alarm Systems knowledge is highly regarded.
* Driven and self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised.
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.
* Sound computer skills essential (Microsoft Office).
* Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
