The Role
Assistant Store Manager. Rostered Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times. We seek energetic, focused and passionate individuals to lead with a customer‑first mindset, deliver great in‑store experiences, and inspire the team to achieve daily objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that build brand loyalty.
* Partner with the Store Manager to inspire the team, drive performance and coach them to high performance.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
* Act as the first point of contact for team and customers in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Drive store performance, deliver results to financial budgets and targets, and maximise sales and profitability by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operation.
* Prioritise time, tasks and processes for best return on investment with in‑depth knowledge of retail operations.
* Create a positive and motivating store environment, nurture a strong and positive culture, and provide coaching, training, feedback and recognition.
* Recruit and develop top talent for the store.
