Ground UpYou will develop and sustain a growing consumer packaged goods business and sell products to retailers.
1. You will build relationships with our Field Sales network, receive coaching & engage in career development with Leadership.
2. Leverage sales forecasting tools to achieve consistent sales targets.
3. Sell & service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements.
* Merge your entrepreneurial and physical skills while merchandising iconic brands for advertising displays.
Responsibilities
Cultivate Critical Business SkillsAs you progress, you will work with Sales leaders to execute a field sales project. Key aspects include:
4. POS optimization
5. Innovation Launch & Sustainment
6. Customer Development Agreement optimization
* Other projects aligned with real-time business priorities.
This Experience Offers Unique OpportunitiesBased on success during the coop term, you will be eligible to apply and interview for our Sales Leadership Program. This may lead to an offer to join PepsiCo after graduation.
Qualifications
7. Available to work full time from September to December (term duration)
8. Pursuing a third year of study, preferably in Business.
9. Valid driver's license, clean driving record& reliable access to a personal vehicle
10. Strong academic performance and ability to balance multiple interests.
11. A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges
12. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization.
* A self-starter who can plan work, set priorities and manage their schedule effectively.
