We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as Business Development Manager for hospitals in Sydney South. The role involves managing relationships with key customers, developing and implementing action plans to promote our products, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales performance within defined territory of customers
* Develop and implement action plans to promote Stratpharma's portfolio
* Communicate benefits of Stratpharma products to target customers
Principle Duties
1. Meet and exceed sales targets within defined territory of customers – including Private and public Cancer Clinics and Wards, Skin Cancer Clinics, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Cosmetic Physicians, and O&Gs
2. Ensure high level of customer service and training is provided to all customers to maintain strong business relationships
3. Proactively seek new opportunities to develop new accounts with target customers
Product Knowledge
* Develop a strong knowledge of all Stratpharma products, their application, and use
* Develop a strong knowledge of competitor products and their strengths and weaknesses
Work with the Team
* Strive to be an integral part of building a successful team
* Liaise with wider State and National Teams to ensure sharing of knowledge to benefit Stratpharma business
CRM Management
* Ensure compliance to CRM guidelines on daily/weekly/monthly basis (Salesforce)
* Enter all customers and information regarding their business and development into CRM daily
Requirements
* Strong sales ability and excellent customer service skills
* Strong client relationship management skills with experience in preparing and conducting meetings with key customers
* Strong business acumen to manage complexity of Business Development Manager Role
