Job Description
The Receptionist will play a vital role in supporting our accounting team with various administrative tasks.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Greet and assist clients who come into the office.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including reports, memos, and invoices.
* Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required.
* Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Provide general administrative support to the accounting team and other departments as needed.
* Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents and statements.
* Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
