About the opportunity:
The Building and Design Coordinator is part of the Wilson Homes Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. Your key responsibilities include:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the display home, building rapport and qualifying leads.
* Generate, manage and nurture leads to support sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
* Support the Building & Design Consultant with sales activities, including house selection and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate customer records and track all interactions to ensure timely follow‐ups.
* Oversee day‐to‐day presentation and operations of the display home, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard.
* Coordinate administration and sales processes, including managing documentation, delegating tasks and liaising with internal stakeholders.
About you:
We're looking for someone who shares our passion and aligns with our core values. Desired qualifications:
* Strong customer‐facing experience in sales or service with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively.
* Confident communication focused on delivering a positive customer experience.
* Excellent organisational skills to multitask in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
* Experience managing data/CRM systems.
* Exposure to residential building, new home sales processes or display home environments would be highly regarded.
