The role
About the Role
- Organise and complete tasks, produce reports, and maintain daily settlement diaries within set timeframes.
- Perform information management, including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence, and project/settlement files for easy retrieval.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures and controls.
- Enter customer and file information into Stockland systems.
- Assist and support the team to meet agreed contract exchange timeframes and settlement targets.
- Identify organisational improvement initiatives.
- Assist the team with conveyancing file management, including processing of nominations and duties online preparation.
- Send out settlement notifications, including registration notifications via use of mail‐merge tools.
- Ensure understanding of and performance consistent with applicable internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements and internal escalation procedures.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in a Real Estate or legal environment.
- Desirable experience with conveyancing, Salesforce, or DocuSign (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
