This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves leading teams. You'll manage a team, including an Assistant Manager and the wider stock team. You'll ensure operational excellence, deliver great customer experiences, and coach your team to achieve their best.

Tuesday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a retail team in a high performing & fast-paced environment
* Drive sales and operational performance while maintaining brand standards
* Coach, delegate, and have tough conversations when required
* Oversee store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising
* Embrace technology to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
* Ensure the store delivers a consistent, engaging customer experience
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership of retail teams in high-volume fashion retail
* Strong people management, coaching, and delegation skills
* Comfortable providing on the spot feedback while keeping the team motivated
* Tech-savvy with experience using retail systems and reporting tools
* High energy, results-driven, and hands-on in day-to-day operations
