We are currently partnering with a well-established, Brisbane-based consultancy to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of commercial and infrastructure projects across Queensland and beyond.

The Opportunity
You will work closely with clients and project teams, providing cost planning, commercial advice, and contract administration services on a diverse range of projects. The role offers strong exposure to infrastructure and complex commercial developments, with genuine long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and project budgets
* Tender documentation, procurement support, and tender evaluations
* Contract administration, progress claims, and variation assessments
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control
* Commercial risk management and value engineering
* Supporting projects through to final account and close-out
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and delivery partners
About You
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
* Proven experience delivering commercial and/or infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration (AS contracts preferred)
* Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, professional approach
