Our client is a leading engineering company based in Kilburn SA that specializes in bending, rolling and fabrication of a wide range of steel fabrication products. We currently have great opportunities for experienced Workshop Welders to join their busy day shift team.
About the role:
* Understand drawings and follow SOPs
* Follow WH&S policies and procedures
* General Housekeeping
* Maintain set quality standards and use hand tools
* MIG weld to a good standard
* Safely use workshop equipment e.g. cut off saws, Brobo cold saws, etc.
To be successful in this role:
* Australian Recognized Trade Certificate
* Welding Experience
* Current Driver's License and reliable transport
* Be able to measure using a tape measure
* Be able to use grinders 5 cut / grind
* Ability to understand and comply with Workplace Health & Safety policies and processes
* Work well as part of a team
* Good verbal and written communication skills
