About The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Planner, you will play a key role in planning and managing maintenance activities across a diverse fleet, including vehicles, weapons, marine, and general engineering assets.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Create and plan work orders using Commonwealth SAP S4/HANA system
* Conduct maintenance planning in line with fleet maintenance directions
* Identify tasks, parts, and resources required for scheduled maintenance
* Source parts internally and externally
* Liaise with scheduling teams to align maintenance with priorities and timelines
* Provide progress updates to Commonwealth personnel
About You
* Australian citizenship (ability to obtain security clearance)
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
* Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
* Background in electrical/mechanical trades or parts interpreter
* Solid computer skills (experience with SAP S4/HANA preferred)
