We're seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Senior Manager Marketing & Communications to lead Minda's brand, fundraising, and digital outreach. This is your opportunity to build a passionate team, roll out our refreshed identity, and create campaigns that make a difference. What You'll Do
Drive strategic marketing, communications, and fundraising campaigns Launch and embed our new brand across all platforms and touchpoints Grow Minda's presence through compelling storytelling, digital innovation, and public engagement Lead a talented team spanning digital, content, partnerships, events, and brand Work closely with Executive to shape positioning, voice, and strategic communications Support internal communications and strengthen our employer brand in partnership with People & Culture What You'll Bring
Significant leadership experience in marketing, ideally within complex or purpose-driven environments Expertise in campaign design and delivery—across digital, social, media, and stakeholder channels A collaborative and creative mindset with strong project management skills A strategic view of brand, fundraising, and engagement, paired with hands-on capability Experience in not-for-profit, disability, health, or human services (highly regarded) Why join Minda?
