We are seeking an experienced Team Operations Manager to support a high-performing Principal Director and sales team. This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing sales operations, campaigns, client care, and internal workflows to ensure exceptional results and seamless delivery.
This position suits a proactive real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the operational backbone of a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end listing and campaign coordination
* Buyer and vendor management, including follow-ups and reporting
* Contract preparation, auction support, and settlement coordination
* High-touch post-sale client care
* Supporting the Principal Director with daily operations and scheduling
* Acting as the central point of coordination between sales, admin, marketing, and suppliers
* Identifying workflow improvements and maintaining strong systems and processes
About You
* Proven experience in real estate administration/sales
* Strong knowledge of campaigns, contracts, auctions, and settlements
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
