Having recognised the need for Occupational Therapists to achieve more flexible working, our client developed a unique business framework that supports practitioners to establish and run their own private practice. Our client has successfully supported over 50 Occupational Therapists across Australia to establish their own practice, and are looking for more ambitious clinicians to help on this journey. About the Role: We are looking for a Driver Trained Occupational Therapist to join a community-based team delivering flexible, sustainable OT services in Adelaide, SA. Working within the South Australian team, you will deliver community-based OT services across funding streams including NDIS, Support at Home and DVA. You'll have the autonomy to shape your caseload and schedule, supported by established systems, mentoring and a strong peer network. You'll be joining a collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios and Therapy Assistants who work together to support meaningful outcomes in the community. The team includes a Therapy Assistant who is also a qualified driving instructor, adding specialised driver support and skill development.
