Job Description
The Royal Perth Bentley Group is seeking an enthusiastic individual to appoint to the position of Deputy Head of the Physiotherapy Department.
As a Deputy Head of Physiotherapy, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Physiotherapy Department and assisting the Head of Department in ensuring physiotherapy services are provided in-line with health service objectives, policies and procedures, and physiotherapy professional standards.
The successful applicant will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide team members, and have a strong understanding of healthcare services and policies.
The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in physiotherapy or related field
* Current registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist
* Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
