Job Title: Fleet Leasing Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Fleet Leasing Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercialised business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer daily business unit tasks, including customer and supplier enquiries, motor vehicles and related systems, reporting and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Assist in maintaining relationships with agencies to help achieve our customers' goals and meeting our strategies and targets.
* Prioritise and complete important tasks and allocated workflow tasks of the role to the specified standards.
* Communicate professionally and timely to all stakeholders in line with code of conduct expectations.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with fleet management systems.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
