Client Services Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Director to oversee multiple client accounts, lead diverse security teams across various locations, and ensure our operations run seamlessly.
* Manage and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and security personnel.
* Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and procedures.
* Lead, mentor, and train large teams to consistently deliver exceptional security services.
Key Responsibilities include:

Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 4 years in account or operational management is required.
Experience managing budgets and optimising resource allocation is essential.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
Diploma in Business (Operations) or equivalent (desirable).
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
WA Security License (desirable).
