We’re currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-paced Residential Housing department based in our Stapylton Head Office. The successful candidate will work alongside our high-performing sales team to coordinate a portfolio of projects, communicate timelines, and provide customer service support to our clients.

Job Description/Typical Duties:
* Provide support to our Sales representatives with their day-to-day duties
* Confirm orders with customers
* Order stock from suppliers for customer orders
* Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
* Keep track of all open orders by checking stock levels, delivery dates, and payment
* Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
* Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
* Follow security procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong Administration Customer service
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Proactive team player
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
* Your own transport
