The role
DWS are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within a manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role driving business‐critical initiatives across application and engineering domains, while leading and influencing teams both onshore and offshore. You will play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise‐scale programs, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to successful deployment and hypercare
- Manage complex programs across manufacturing operations, engineering, and enterprise systems
- Drive alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Lead and coordinate distributed teams (onshore and offshore), ensuring effective collaboration and performance
- Own project governance including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and quality delivery
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing clear communication and status reporting
- Ensure integration across application delivery, engineering systems, and operational processes
- Champion best practice project delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall as appropriate)
- A formal Project Management certification such as CBAP is highly regarded
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations
- Strong background in manufacturing environments, with understanding of production, supply chain, and engineering processes
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end project lifecycles in complex enterprise organisations
- Experience leading global delivery teams, including offshore models
- Ability to operate at both:
- Strategic business leadership level, and
- Hands‐on delivery / execution level
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to influence at executive level
- Experience managing both application and engineering-focused initiatives
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) highly regarded
