About the role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Solution Architect to join one of our key client's team supporting a major service transformation program. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering aligned, predictable program outcomes through strong governance, structured enablement approaches, and effective stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Program Director, Program team, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance delivery excellence across pre-discovery, discovery, implementation and optimization phases. The role focuses on enabling the successful adoption of new service delivery models, improving program transparency, and ensuring efficient execution aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design
Lead the design of end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies. Ensure solutions align with best practices and organizational standards. Prepare and develop design, architecture and solution related documents.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Oversee code reviews, ensure coding standards, and promote best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Present solution designs and POC's to technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Implementation and Integration
Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service). Design and implement integrations with other systems and third-party applications. Utilize Azure services and APIs for advanced functionality and connectivity.
Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps). Automate workflows and processes with Power Automate (Flow). Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Technical Skills
* Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales,Customer Service,Resource &
* Proficiency with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
* Strong knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
* Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
* Expertise in data modeling, workflows, and business process flows.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
* 10+ years of experience in implementing enterprise business applications
* 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and Microsoft Power Platform
* Strong understanding of enterprise integration, security and cloud architecture principles
* Experience with Azure service, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise architecture frameworks.
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Certifications
* Solution Architect related certifications
