Job Title: Business Operations Manager
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Operations Professional to join our team and lead administrative and operational aspects of government services projects. The successful candidate will have broad autonomy and will work closely with program managers, customers, and contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with at least a decade of experience in project oversight, management, and coordination. They will possess excellent analytical skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
* Lead the seamless functioning of mission-critical environments, ensuring continuous infrastructure availability.
* Institute organizational structure, define departmental responsibilities, and foster positive working relationships between internal functional areas.
* Coordinate and streamline operational processes, procedures, and reporting across multiple sites.
* Support the Program Manager in reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Sustain and enhance client relationships through consistent communication, providing updates on initiatives, suggesting enhancements, responding to evolving requirements, and fostering collaborative dynamics.
Requirements
* A degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited university.
* Demonstrated experience working on programs utilizing foreign currency.
* Demonstrated analytical skills and programmatic planning for budgeting and contract management oversight.
* Possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in roles of increasing responsibility and complexity, preferably within a program managing 250+ personnel.
* Expertise in strategic planning, organizing, directing, decisive problem-solving, and engaging effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
