Senior Analyst | Recovery and Resolution Planning

What will you do?
The Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team focuses on regulatory reform related to crisis preparedness, ensuring compliance with CPS 190, CPS 900, and APS 910 (Recovery and Exit Planning, Resolution Planning, and the Financial Claims Scheme).
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Macquarie, enhancing crisis preparedness capabilities. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing regulatory reforms, embedding these into business practices, and understanding how crisis preparedness integrates with risk management and contingency planning.
You will own specific projects, present to senior stakeholders, and manage delivery from start to finish. You'll also engage with APRA on crisis preparedness matters and analyze complex issues to support senior leadership decisions.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in financial services, preferably in risk management, legal, treasury, or compliance roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Deep understanding of financial risk management and applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with high-profile projects.

Our Risk Management Group is an independent, centralized function responsible for reviewing, challenging, overseeing, and reporting on Macquarie's material risks.
