Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Handler to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and processing deliveries efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail stock control or back-of-house operations, with a strong attention to detail and time management skills. They will be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with a can-do attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving and processing deliveries efficiently and accurately
* Organizing storerooms and managing back-of-house operations
* Ensuring stock is available and correctly placed on the shop floor
* Maintaining records of stock levels and transfers
* Supporting loss prevention efforts and minimizing shrinkage
* Keeping storeroom areas clean and well-presented
* Assisting the team with store merchandising, presentation and customer service as needed
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail stock control or back-of-house operations (pharmacy experience highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock
* Reliable, punctual, and process-driven
* A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
