We provide a wide range of security services, delivered by our highly skilled and experienced team. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented Administration Assistant to join our Clayton office on a full time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, addressing a variety of queries with professionalism and efficiency.Monitor and respond to emails in the service inbox.Schedule and manage service calls, maintenance work and installations.Accurately enter data into our proprietary operating systems.Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.Set up and maintain maintenance schedules for customer sites.Perform general administrative tasks, including invoicing, ordering and other office duties as required.What We’re Looking ForExperience in operations, scheduling, or coordination roles within the security industry.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.A professional and courteous phone manner.Solid computer literacy and data entry skills.A proactive approach to problem solving with lateral thinking.Professional presentation – both written and verbal.Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced team environment.Experience with Simpro is an advantage.If you’re looking for a dynamic role in a growing company and have the skills and experience we’re seeking, we’d love to hear from you.
