Healthcare Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee the delivery of quality care and lead a dedicated Community Health Nurse team in Bunbury. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage nursing staff in implementing effective service delivery.
* Monitor and review nursing practice standards through performance assessments.
* Determine staffing requirements in collaboration with the Population Health Director.
* Facilitate communication and information dissemination among multi-disciplinary staff.
* Develop, coordinate, and implement quality initiatives in consultation with stakeholders.
* Manage budgetary allocations to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
* Support the professional development of nursing staff and facilitate their involvement in research.
Requirements:
* Eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* A postgraduate certificate in Child Health or Adolescent Health.
* Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in community health nursing.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Significant experience in leadership and staff management, with an ability for advanced problem-solving.
* Ability to liaise with internal and external agencies effectively.
* Advanced understanding of nursing policies and regulations, with experience leading quality improvement projects.
