About the Role
The Risk Manager plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the delivery of operational risk activities across a multi-stream program of work. The role ensures risk frameworks are consistently applied by working across teams, managing stakeholder engagement, and enabling governance, reporting, and closure of risk actions in alignment with enterprise expectations.

What will your day look like?
The Business SME is responsible for managing one or multiple projects/streams designed to mitigate and/or manage significant business value and risk implications for the business.
As a Business SME, you are accountable for:
1. Experience supporting and coordinating risk or compliance deliverables across complex programs or portfolios of work.
2. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams of activity, track progress, and drive closure of actions.
3. Analytical mindset with experience in data collation, reporting, and translating risk information into actionable insights.
4. Sound understanding of operational risk principles and frameworks, with the ability to apply them pragmatically across delivery environments.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise documentation and engage confidently with stakeholders.
6. Proven ability to work collaboratively across business, delivery, and risk teams to support governance, reporting, and risk integration.
