The Role
This position combines leasing and business development, with a strong focus on building and converting a rent roll through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Generating new managements through prospecting, referrals and database nurturing
* Conducting appraisals and converting landlords
* Leasing support as required
* Building long-term relationships with landlords and local contacts
* Working closely with head office and the wider team to grow the business

* Assistance with your pipeline to ensure the best possible start and the ability to earn commission immediately
* $13,200 annual marketing budget (core areas only), with flexibility to use it as you see fit

About You
* Previous experience in Leasing and/or Business Development
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Results-driven with a proactive mindset
* Professional presentation and strong local knowledge
* Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
