Italian Restaurant in Caroline Springs is seeking a part time pizza maker with experience in classic Italian hand stretch pizza.
The right candidate must be able to work during the week, weekends and nights on a rotating roster and also have:
* positive attitude with proactive manner and passionate
* minimum 2 years of experience
* knowledge in making the dough and hand stretch it
* worked with Marana forni (Gas & Wood fired oven)
* able to work under pressure on busy nights
Training will be offer to the right candidates.
