The role is a blend of strategy, creativity, and data analysis. Key responsibilities include:
* Campaign Strategy & Management:
* Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns from concept to analysis.
* Channel Expertise & Content Distribution:
* Social Media Marketing: Manage company profiles, create engaging content, run paid ads, and grow communities on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits.
* Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Pay-Per-Click (PPC): Create and manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to generate leads and sales.
* Email Marketing: Design, build, and segment email lists for newsletters, promotions, and automated nurture campaigns. Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR).
* Content Marketing: Collaborate on creating compelling content (blogs, videos, infographics) that attracts and engages the target audience. Often works closely with content creators.
* Analytics & Data Analysis: Use tools (primarily Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, social media insights) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
* Supporting Functions:
* Marketing Automation: Use platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) to streamline and personalize marketing efforts.
* Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing: Often requires skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create quick assets.
* Reporting: Compile regular reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to managers or stakeholders.
* Market Research: Stay ahead of digital trends, analyze competitors, and understand audience behavior.
