We're looking for a vibrant, curious Junior Analyst to jump into the exciting world of payroll systems and help us deliver top-notch support and innovation to our users. Think of this role as your chance to become a true hero in the pulse payroll universe, working with industry-leading tools and a fantastic team
What You'll Be Doing (And Loving):
* Be the go-to support superstar for our Payroll, HR Kiosk, and Time & Attendance modules — helping clients navigate their systems with confidence.
* Dive into complex award setups and rosters, making them work seamlessly for different industries.
* Keep our data spot-on through audits, troubleshooting, and system tweaks — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
* Decode legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements — becoming a legislative wizard who ensures our clients stay compliant and stress-free.
* Assist with payroll processes like termination payments, superannuation, and tax audits — turning tricky tasks into simple solutions.
* Create fun and easy-to-understand manuals, training guides, and support docs that empower clients to master our tools.
* Collaborate with our awesome DevOps and development teams — sharing client feedback, testing new features, and championing improvements.
* Think outside the box Bring fresh ideas to improve our products, streamline processes, and boost client satisfaction.
* Engage with a diverse range of clients and internal teams — building relationships and turning support tickets into happy clients.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
* You're a problem-solver with a spark of creativity — no issue is too big when you're on the case
* You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or related roles — and you're eager to learn more.
* You've been part of payroll system rollouts or digital transformation projects — that's a bonus
* You're organised, able to juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Your communication skills are top-notch — you can explain complex stuff simply and confidently.
* You're ready to travel and support clients on-site when needed — adventure awaits
