Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our mission-driven team at Marsh. As a hybrid role, you will work from home or in the office, with a requirement of three days per week in the office.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Buiding trust with clients and establishing collaborative partnerships
* Identifying hurdles to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
* Conducting thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations
* Managing cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or the office
Requirements:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Provisional or Registered Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
* A commitment to our values, whether you are an experienced professional or a new graduate
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Vocational Rehabilitation or related fields
* Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
