Eureka Villages is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated Park Managers who are ready to create a place where residents truly feel they belong. About the Role
As Village Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth day to day operations while creating a place that residents are proud to call home. This role goes beyond property management, it’s about fostering a connected, vibrant, and supportive community.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the village’s facilities, managing staff, maintaining high occupancy, and ensuring compliance with both organisational and regulatory standards. Just as importantly, you’ll be a familiar, approachable presence within the village, someone who checks in on residents' wellbeing, listens with empathy, and builds genuine relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across the village
* Overseeing property maintenance and presentation standards
* Managing occupancy levels and resident onboarding
* Supervising staff and promoting a positive team culture
* Maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory frameworks
* Actively connecting with residents and checking on their wellbeing
* Organising community activities and events
* Supporting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all
About You
You’re a confident, empathetic leader with strong operational knowledge of day-to-day village or park management. You understand that being a Village Manager is more than just running a site, it’s about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where residents over 55 feel supported, empowered, and proud to live independently. You bring a people first mindset, balancing practical management with genuine care and community connection.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in managing independent living communities, caravan parks, residential properties, or community/group housing
* A genuine passion for building community through resident engagement and meaningful day to day connection
* Strong communication and problem solving skills, with a track record of managing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and authorities
* Well-developed financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
* Experience leading and supporting staff, with a focus on team development and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
* A commitment to a “Safety and People First” approach in every aspect of your work
* Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements, including National Police Check, reference checks, and current First Aid certification
