Job Responsibilities
1. Scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, analyzing and reviewing systems, data, and documentation.
2. Identifying variations and potential high-risk areas to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
3. Recommending corrective action plans and improvements to resolve non-compliance issues identified through monitoring and auditing processes.
4. Communicating, educating, and liaising with users and management to promote awareness and adherence to standards, procedures, and quality control activities.
5. Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, and resolving system problems and issues.
6. Developing, conducting, and providing technical guidance and training in application software and operational procedures.
7. Analyzing, evaluating, and diagnosing technical problems related to installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and configuration of desktops, software, hardware, printers, internet, email, databases, operating systems, and security systems.
8. Testing and diagnosing functionality errors and faults in systems, including programming code, within established testing protocols and quality standards.
9. Performing organizational systems architecture reviews and assessments, and recommending hardware and software strategies.
10. Creating and reviewing technical documentation, including procedural, instructional, operational guides, manuals, technical reports, and specifications.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
* At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
* A Diploma or Degree in any IT-related profession or equivalent qualification.
* Recognized certifications in relevant fields.
* Age below 44 years.
* Exceptional command of the English language.
