The Role 
Our client is seeking a results-driven 
Business Development Professional 
to grow their market presence. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. 
Key Responsibilities 
Drive new business across education, council, and community sectors 
Build and manage client relationships 
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations 
Conduct market research and track trends 
Collaborate with design and production teams 
Attend trade shows and client meetings 
About You 
3+ years in business development or sales (ideally in manufacturing, education, or playground/outdoor sectors) 
Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
Strategic mindset and goal-oriented 
Comfortable with local travel 
Desirable 
Knowledge of early childhood education or playground safety standards 
Experience with tenders or government bids
