About the Role

Red Diamond Financial Group is seeking a friendly and organised Client Services Administrator to join our professional team. This role has become available following the internal promotion of our current receptionist into a bookkeeping position, highlighting the genuine career progression on offer.

Your Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our office, including:

· Answering phone calls, emails and reception

· Scheduling and coordinating client appointments

· Managing client information via our Client Portal and Handisoft systems

· Collecting and organising client documentation

· Liaising with clients, suppliers and the ATO

· Providing administrative support to team members

· Managing daily office priorities and general reception duties

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a busy office environment. To be considered for this role, you will have:

· Minimum 6 months experience in an administrative role

· Accounting industry experience desirable but not essential

· Excellent communication and phone manner

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· A positive, friendly personality and professional presentation

· Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure

· Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems

· A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

· Professional, friendly and reliable

What We Offer

· Full-time: Monday to Friday, with availability between 8am and 5:30pm

· 9-day fortnight option available

· Salary: $57,000 – $65,000, negotiable based on experience
