A leading NSW Government agency is seeking an experienced and technically proficient OpenText SME to provide expert guidance across the design, implementation, and configuration of OpenText modules within a significant transformation program. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical assurance lead for all aspects related to OpenText solution design, implementation, and configuration. Provide subject matter expertise in OpenText platforms, including xECM, Content Server, and Archive Server. Validate technical solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices. Liaise effectively between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless technical delivery. Provide oversight to a vendor BAU team and offer technical direction to project-aligned resources. Required Skills and Experience:Demonstrated hands-on experience in the configuration, development, and maintenance of OpenText modules. In-depth knowledge of OpenText tools and technologies, including xECM, Archive Server, and Content Server. Strong capability in reviewing and validating solution designs and technical artefacts. Proven ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups in a large and complex program environment. Previous experience in a similar technical assurance or SME role within government or enterprise-scale projects is highly regarded. Stakeholder Environment:Internal project teams and executive stakeholders within the agency. External vendor teams engaged in the delivery of OpenText solutions.
