About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional service. The Client Portfolio Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of satisfaction and achievement of renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage client relationships to drive growth and retention.
* B build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular face-to-face meetings and effective communication.
* Provide timely, expert advice on products and services to support client needs.
* Deliver tailored product demonstrations to enhance client understanding and engagement.
* Serve as the key liaison between clients and stakeholders, effectively advocating on behalf of clients.
* Assess client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
* Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio, aligning additional services to client needs.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Experience in a client service or customer retention role, ideally in the insurance/finance sector or a related field.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong, professional connections.
* Confidence working in a business-to-business environment, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit, a plus.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and motivate oneself.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
* A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
