We have an exciting position available for an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team as our Hospitality Systems Administrator, based at Wrest Point Hotel & Casino in Sandy Bay.
What can you expect from a day in this role?
This full-time position is responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in administering all Hospitality Systems, e.g. point of sale, stock control, online ordering, gift cards within Federal Hospitality, to ensure smooth customer transactions, integrity of data, and access to information. This includes:
Applying Federal Group Hospitality policies to system applications, to ensure minimal business interruptions and quality data flow into the Group's data warehouse.
Undertaking a range of system administration duties such as setting up security profiles, user access, menus and various data, alerts and triggers and preparing audit requirements to ensure the ongoing administration of POS systems, Inventory systems and the integrity of data.
Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and associated Standard Operating procedures, reporting and record keeping relating to relevant systems. Proactively sharing knowledge and educating others in the use of these systems to ensure systems are utilized efficiently and effectively and that critical systems information is distributed to relevant stakeholders across the business.
Assist in developing, maintaining and continuously improving systems and processes and ensuring that policies and procedures are documented to allow the effective governance of POS systems, Inventory systems and improvements to business outcomes.
Building effective working relationships with stakeholders, across a range of business units in order to understand business operations and manage the needs of end users with regard to POS information, inventory control, purchasing, finance.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service with the ability to learn new computer systems, and knowledge of point-of-sale systems, or ability to acquire.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, always operating with excellent communication skills.
Understanding of front and back of house hospitality operations.
