Martin Cuthbert Landscapes is a leading landscape construction company and we require a skilled and motivated landscape tradesperson or labourer to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company. Duties will include:
- Prepare construction sites for landscape projects
- Install hardscape features, such as paving stones and retaining walls
- Plant and maintain landscaping elements, such as trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Collaborate with other workers and landscaping professionals on projects
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, grading, and moving heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade qualifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years Experience in landscape construction
- Knowledge of plant care and hardscape installation
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid manual driver's license (MR preferred)
- White card
