About the Role
Due to strong business growth, we’re looking for a CNC Programmer to join our team at our modern Molendinar facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision manufacturing. Previous experience with programming in Boost or Trutops (or similar) would be an advantage, however programming aptitude, knowledge of metal processing and a willingness to learn could be enough to get you on the journey to develop your career with us.
Key Responsibilities
As a CNC Laser Programmer, your duties will include:
* Programming and nesting for Trumpf Fiber & CO₂ flatbed lasers, CNC punch, press brakes, and tube lasers
* Creating cut files from client-supplied drawings
* Daily use of Boost software for programming and nesting
* Providing technical support to our estimating team
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
* A methodical, quality-driven approach to work
* Strong computer skills and experience with Boost or similar CNC programming software
* Solid understanding of various metal types and part component drawings
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on efficiency
* Ability to optimize plate usage through effective nesting
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A sound knowledge of metal manufacturing processes
