Administrative Support Role
This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative and client support.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing clear guidance on admissions and visa processes, and ensuring records and applications are accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client enquiries with accurate, timely information about study options, fees, documentation, and timelines.
* Maintain and update CRM systems.
* Assist Education Counsellors in preparing admission and visa applications.
* Organise and manage client records.
* Track and manage application progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Support marketing campaigns and events promoting international education.
* Ensure all activities comply with ESOS Act and National Code requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the Australian education system and AQF preferred.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Copper, HubSpot) is desirable.
* Background in education institutions (schools, TAFE, universities) is an advantage.
* Understanding of admission and enrolment processes is a plus.
