Overview
Automotive Parts Interpreter - NAPA Rockingham - Full Time. Provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging automotive/mechanical knowledge. Assist customers with product information and advice, problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Interpret parts
- Process customer orders
- Efficiently dispatch products and parts
- Promote specials
- Arrange buy-ins
- Process customer credits
- First point of contact for customers (in person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home
Note: this role will require lifting, bending and climbing.
